1

Sign up for free

Create your account with email or Google sign-in. No credit card required, and the free tier never expires.

2

Create a workspace

Workspaces group boards by team, client, or initiative. Pick a clear, recognizable name — you can rename it later.

3

Add your first board

Click the "+" button in your workspace sidebar and choose Blank, or start from a template like Sprint, Bug Tracker, or Content Calendar.

4

Set up your columns

Drag in columns that match your workflow — most teams start with To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done.

5

Create your first cards

Click any column header to add a card. Title, description, labels, assignees, due dates, and checklists are all one click away.

6

Invite your team

Open Members in the workspace settings and share an invite link or send by email. New members land directly on your shared board.

Gryphin in 90 seconds

A quick guided tour of workspaces, boards, cards, and team invites.

Key concepts

Three concepts power everything else in Gryphin. Once they click, the rest of the product is easy.

Workspaces

The outermost container. A workspace bundles boards, members, integrations, and billing. Most teams have one workspace per company or major client.

Boards

Each board represents a project, sprint, or area of work. Boards live inside a workspace and can be private to a few people or shared with everyone.

Cards

Cards are the atomic unit of work — a task, a bug, an idea. They carry titles, descriptions, labels, assignees, due dates, checklists, attachments, and threaded comments.

What to do next

Invite teammates

Collaboration is more fun than solo work. Send invites by link or email.

Add labels

Slice cards by type, priority, owner, or anything else you can color.

Set due dates

Enable reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

Tune notifications

Pick what reaches your inbox vs. lives only in-app.

Connect Slack or GitHub

Cards stay in sync with the tools you already use.

Try a template

Sprint, retro, OKR, and content templates are one click away.
