In 2023, our founder was frustrated. He'd tried every project management tool on the market, and they all had the same problem: they felt like work, not like a tool that helped you do work.
So he built Gryphin—a visual, AI-powered way to organize anything. What started as a side project became a product, shaped by every team that tried it and told us what was missing.
Today Gryphin is early, and growing. A small but real group of teams use it to manage everything from product launches to marketing campaigns—and their feedback drives what we build next. Our mission hasn't changed: make work feel less like work.
