Manage Cookie Preferences
Nothing non-essential runs until you switch it on.
Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies are off by default. We do not load those scripts at all until you opt in here or in the cookie banner. If you dismiss or ignore the banner without choosing, that counts as a refusal and everything non-essential stays off. You can change your mind at any time on this page, and the change takes effect immediately.
You have not made a choice yet, so only essential cookies are active.
Essential Cookies
Always onRequired for the website to function. These cookies enable core functionality such as security, sign-in, session management, and remembering the cookie choices you make on this page. They cannot be turned off.
Examples: Sign-in session, Bot protection, Your cookie choices
Functional Cookies
Enable enhanced functionality and personalisation based on your preferences. Turning these off means we cannot remember some of your settings between visits.
Examples: Language preferences, Theme settings, Recently viewed boards
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how visitors interact with Gryphin so we can find bugs and improve the product. These are off until you switch them on.
Examples: Feature usage (PostHog), Page views (Google Analytics 4, when enabled), Performance metrics
Marketing Cookies
Used for advertising, including measuring whether an ad led you to Gryphin and showing you Gryphin ads on other sites. This is cross-context behavioural advertising. These are off until you switch them on.
Examples: LinkedIn Insight pixel, Ad conversion measurement, Advertising audiences
Your choices are stored in this browser only. If you use another browser or device, or clear your browser storage, you will need to set them again.
Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Gryphin, a product of Laika Dynamics Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies — including browser localStorage, pixels, and tracking scripts — when you visit our website or use our services. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the information those technologies collect.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website owners useful information. We also use browser localStorage, which works in a similar way, and tracking pixels, which are tiny images that tell a third party you loaded a page.
Your Consent
- Essential cookies always run. They are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for, such as signing you in, and we do not ask for consent to set them.
- Everything else is off until you opt in. Functional, analytics, and marketing technologies are not loaded at all until you switch them on.
- Dismissing the banner is a refusal. Closing, ignoring, or navigating away from the cookie banner without making a choice is treated as declining all non-essential cookies. Silence is not consent.
- You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the controls at the top of this page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and takes effect straight away.
Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use
The table below lists what may be set, who sets it, why, and how long it lasts. Items marked "only when enabled" are optional tools that are configured per environment and may not be running on the site you are viewing. Third parties can change their own cookie names and durations without telling us, so treat the durations as indicative.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sb-<project>-auth-token | Supabase | Keeps you signed in and carries your session between pages and API requests. | Session, refreshed while you stay signed in; cleared on sign-out | Essential |
| sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier | Supabase | Short-lived value used to complete a secure sign-in exchange. | Minutes — deleted once sign-in completes | Essential |
| cookie-preferences | Gryphin (browser localStorage, not a cookie) | Stores the choices you make on this page so we know which non-essential trackers you have allowed. Without it we could not honour your refusal. | Until you clear your browser storage or change your choices | Essential |
| __cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Bot protection and Turnstile challenge results; protects sign-in and forms from abuse. | 30 minutes to 1 year | Essential |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe | Payment fraud prevention on checkout and billing pages. Set only when you visit a payment page. | __stripe_sid 30 minutes; __stripe_mid 1 year | Essential |
| ph_<project-key>_posthog | PostHog | Product analytics — which features are used and where people get stuck. Linked to your account when you are signed in, so this is pseudonymous data, not anonymous. | 1 year | Analytics |
| _ga, _ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics 4 (only when enabled) | Website traffic measurement — visits, pages viewed, and traffic sources. | _ga 2 years; _ga_<container-id> 2 years | Analytics |
| No cookie set | Vercel Web Analytics | Page-view and performance measurement. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless, but it still sends data about your visit, so we treat it as analytics and gate it behind your consent. | Not applicable — no identifier is stored on your device | Analytics |
| No cookie set | Plausible (only when enabled) | Privacy-focused, cookieless page-view measurement. Gated behind analytics consent regardless. | Not applicable — no identifier is stored on your device | Analytics |
| AMP_<hash>, AMP_MKTG_<hash> | Amplitude (only when enabled) | Product analytics — feature usage and retention measurement. | Up to 1 year | Analytics |
| LinkedIn Insight pixel (px.ads.linkedin.com), which may set bcookie, lidc, li_sugr, UserMatchHistory | Advertising. Measures whether a LinkedIn ad brought you to Gryphin and allows LinkedIn to build advertising audiences. This is cross-context behavioural advertising and is only loaded if you turn Marketing on. | Up to 1 year, set by LinkedIn on its own domains | Marketing | |
| Provider session cookies | Google (Calendar and Drive integrations) | Set by Google only if you choose to connect a Google integration and complete Google’s own sign-in flow. Governed by Google’s privacy policy. | Set and controlled by Google | Functional |
Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These are necessary for the website to function. They enable page navigation, secure access to your account, protection against bots and abuse, and remembering your login status. They also include thecookie-preferencesentry that records your choices on this page — we have to store that in order to honour a refusal. The website cannot function properly without these, so they cannot be switched off.
Functional Cookies
These enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering your preferences, language settings, and customisations you've made to the interface. They are off until you opt in.
Analytics Cookies
We use analytics to understand how visitors interact with Gryphin. This helps us improve the product by showing which pages are most used, how visitors move through the site, and where they hit problems. We use PostHog, and — depending on configuration — Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Plausible, and Amplitude. Note that PostHog events are linked to your account once you sign in, so analytics data about signed-in users is pseudonymous rather than anonymous. These are off until you opt in.
Marketing Cookies
We run a LinkedIn Insight pixel so we can measure whether our LinkedIn advertising brings people to Gryphin, and so LinkedIn can show Gryphin ads to relevant audiences. This involves sharing information about your visit with LinkedIn and counts as cross-context behavioural advertising. The pixel is not loaded at all unless you switch Marketing on above. See the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" section of our Privacy Policy if you are a California resident.

Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences using the controls at the top of this page. Turning a category off stops the relevant scripts from loading straight away. Cookies already set by a third party before you changed your mind are not automatically removed from your device — you can clear those through your browser settings. You can also control cookies entirely through your browser. Note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in.
