What makes Gryphin different from Trello?
We include real-time collaboration features that Trello doesn't offer at any price: live cursor tracking, integrated board chat, and detailed presence indicators. These features are available with a payment method (to prevent abuse) or on any paid plan. Our AI features are also available with a payment method on the free tier.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes — the Free tier is genuinely free for as long as you like, with no payment method required. It covers 3 seats, 5 boards and 25 AI actions a month. Sign up and you're in immediately; upgrade to Team or Pro whenever you need the paid features.
How many AI actions do I get?
Every plan has a monthly AI allowance pooled across the whole workspace: 25 on Free, 250 on Team and 1,000 on Pro. An action is one AI request — a task breakdown, an estimate, a summary. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month. We don't offer an unlimited AI plan: AI costs us money per call, and pretending otherwise would mean pricing that in for everyone.
What if I run out of AI actions?
Buy credits — $10 for 250 additional AI actions, on any plan including Free. Credits never expire and are used only once your monthly allowance is gone, so you never pay for something the allowance already covered. Nothing else stops working if you run out; only the AI features pause until the month rolls over or you top up.
What counts as an automation run?
One execution of one of your automation rules. Free includes 100 runs a month, Team 2,000 and Pro 10,000. If you consistently need more than Pro's allowance, talk to us about Enterprise.
What does annual billing actually save?
Annual is exactly ten months' worth of the monthly price, so you get two months free — Team is $39/month or $390/year for up to 10 seats, and Pro is $79/month or $790/year. Same features either way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Enterprise plans can arrange bank transfer with custom invoicing — get in touch.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and Stripe prorates the difference.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Team and Pro renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on what you chose — and we charge the card on file. You can cancel any time before the renewal date from your billing settings, and you'll keep access until the period ends.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. Paid-plan views become read-only until you upgrade again, and your boards, cards and history stay exactly as they were.
