Native iOS + Android App Store launch

Capacitor shell is hardened on iOS and lands users on /login like a normal app. App Store submission and Play Store rollout are the next milestones.

Modular dashboard expansion

V1 of the modular dashboard with markdown widgets just shipped. We are building out more widget types — sprint health, velocity, focus time, and per-board summary cards.

Open the beta floodgates

Mission control is humming with ticker tape, confetti, and Resend sync. Onboarding now has a card-style picker so new users choose their look before landing on the welcome board. Next up: batch-approving the waitlist and tightening time-to-first-moved-card to under two minutes.

Slack two-way integration

One-way Slack notifications already ship. Two-way is next: mention a card from Slack to link it, comments cross-post, and a slash command to move cards.

GitHub Projects import already works. Next: live PR links on cards, merge status inline, and auto-move when a PR lands.

AI card summaries and next-step suggestions

AI breakdown of cards already exists. Next we are layering summaries for long threads and a "next step" suggestion that surfaces on stale cards based on prior comments.

Notifications overhaul

In-app notifications are live. We are rebuilding the notification center with grouping, mentions, digest emails, and per-board mute controls.

Mobile push notifications and full offline mode

Once the iOS and Android apps are live, we are adding push notifications and a richer offline mode that queues edits and syncs on reconnect.

Long-form docs that live alongside boards. Block-based editor, linked to the work itself instead of orphaned in a separate tool.

REST v1 and v2 plus webhooks already ship. v3 is a GraphQL surface for richer querying, plus expanded webhook events.
