Building in public

We're building Gryphin out in the open.

No closed-door roadmaps, no surprise launches, no marketing fog. The changelog is public, the roadmap is public, the numbers are public — and you get to shape what we build next.

How we work

Four principles that shape how Gryphin gets built — and how you find out about it.

Show the work

Every release lands on a public changelog with the date, the changes, and the reasoning. No vague "improvements and bug fixes."

Share the plan

The roadmap is public and honest. Now is committed. Later is directional. We update it as priorities shift — including when we cut something.

Ship in the open

We don't hold features for a launch event. When something is ready, it goes out, the changelog updates, and the next thing starts.

Listen out loud

Feedback shapes the roadmap. When users ask for something, we say so publicly — even when the answer is "not yet" or "no."

Help shape what we build next

The fastest way to move something up the roadmap is to tell us you need it. Real users, real feedback, public response.
