Creating a board

1

Click "+"

In the sidebar, header, or boards index — they all go to the same place.

2

Blank or template

Start clean, or pick from 30+ templates: Sprint, OKRs, Bug Tracker, Content Calendar.

3

Name & cover

A clear name and a recognizable cover (color, gradient, or upload) help everyone spot it.

4

Set visibility

Private, workspace-visible, or shared via link. Change anytime.

5

Set columns

Default flow is To Do / In Progress / Done — customize before or after creation.

Managing your boards

Rename anytime

Click the board title at the top to edit in place — change propagates to every reference.

Change cover

Solid color, gradient, or upload. Update it as the project evolves.

Star favorites

Starred boards pin to the top of the sidebar for one-click access.

Duplicate

Clone an entire board — columns, cards, labels, automations — to bootstrap a new project.

Group into folders

Drag boards into folders in the sidebar to organize by team or initiative.

Lock visibility

Restrict edit access to specific members while keeping the board visible to the whole workspace.

💡
Tip
Right-click any board in the sidebar for a quick-action menu: rename, star, duplicate, archive, or change visibility — no need to open the board first.

Templates

30+ templates, plus you can save any board as a custom workspace template.
