Overview
Each card supports unlimited attachments up to 100 MB each (250 MB on Business). Image previews render inline, PDFs preview in-browser, and any cloud-storage link stays live and permission-aware.

PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WebP, HEIC. Thumbnails render on the board; full-size in-card.
Links
Paste any URL. We auto-fetch a title, favicon, and preview thumbnail for popular services.
Cloud files
Link directly from Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Figma, or Notion — permissions sync live.

Set as cover
Promote any image to the card cover for instant visual recognition on the board.
In-card preview
Click any file to preview without downloading — works for PDFs, videos, audio, and 30+ doc types.
Bulk download
Need them all? Click "Download all" to get a ZIP with every attachment in one go.
Soft delete
Removed attachments stay in the trash for 30 days — easy to restore if you change your mind.
Cloud storage integrations
Linked cloud files stay synced. Update a Figma frame, edit a Google Doc, rename a Drive file — the changes reflect in Gryphin without anyone touching the card.
