Plans & pricing
Yes. The Free plan never expires, requires no credit card, and includes unlimited cards with up to 10 boards per workspace. We make money from teams who outgrow it — not from forcing trials to end.
Pro is per-user pricing for small teams (under 25 members) and adds unlimited boards, guest collaborators, and automation rules. Business adds SSO, audit logs, custom roles, advanced reporting, and priority support — designed for orgs of 25+.
Per active user, per month. Inactive members and guests with view-only access are not billed. You're only charged once a user accepts an invite and logs in.
Payments & invoices
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH transfers for annual Business plans, and SEPA for European customers. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Monthly plans renew on the same day each month. Annual plans renew on the anniversary of your first paid charge. You'll always get a receipt by email the moment payment goes through.
We'll automatically retry every 24 hours for seven days, and notify your billing contact immediately. Your workspace stays fully active during that grace period. After seven days, we move you to read-only mode until payment is resolved — no data is ever deleted.
Every charge generates a downloadable PDF invoice available in Settings → Billing → History. You can also set a billing email so invoices go directly to your finance team.
Plan changes
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then.
Anytime. Switching to annual gives you 20% off and applies your unused monthly balance as a credit. Switching back to monthly happens at the end of your annual term.
Annual subscribers can pause for up to 3 months per year — useful for seasonal teams. Your data stays intact and your team retains read-only access during the pause.
Refunds & cancellations
Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial charge or any renewal. Monthly plans aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period — you keep paid features until then. Your data stays intact even after cancellation in case you want to come back.
Boards become read-only at the end of your billing period. We hold your data for 90 days in case you reactivate. After that, you'll receive a final export link by email, and the data is permanently deleted.
Discounts & special pricing
Yes — registered nonprofits and NGOs get 50% off any plan. Contact our support team with proof of nonprofit status and we'll apply the discount within one business day.
Teachers, students, and academic institutions get Pro free with a verified .edu address, and 70% off Business for departments and research groups.
On the checkout page, click "Have a code?" below the plan summary. Codes apply to your first billing period — annual codes give the discount across all 12 months.
