Payments ledger, voiding, and the fixed-cost side of profitability

Invoices can now record part-payments and have them voided with an audit trail, and workspaces can log their recurring overheads — the subscriptions and fixed costs that decide whether a month was actually profitable, not just busy.

What changed

NewPayments ledger against each invoice, with voiding and a reason.
NewWorkspace subscriptions: log recurring costs on any cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and see them normalised to a monthly figure against margin.
NewCross-workspace invoice roll-up with a per-contributor breakdown.
