Quoted replies, swipe-to-reply, and a full-screen attachment viewer

Chat picked up the replying model people already expect from their phone, and attachments got a proper viewer instead of a download link.

What changed

NewQuote a message to reply to it, with swipe-to-reply on touch.
NewFull-screen attachment previewer with keyboard navigation and media support.
ImprovedDetailed upload progress for multi-file uploads, including the finalising state.
ImprovedQuoted messages are cached client-side so a long thread does not re-fetch what it already has.
